Joomsef 2.1.0 - Patched Version - NO Adverts & NO Meta Generator Tag Download

Background

I just patched the JoomSEF Version 2.1.0 component. This complete component is almost the same as the original Artio JoomSEF release except I have taken the code and removed all Artio advertising, in both a link at the bottom of most templates and the Meta Generator Tag. Using the implied GPL because the previous version 2.0.0 was released under GPL this version is also released under the GPL. The Problem
There are encoded adverts in the normal Artio release of JoomSEF in the form of an addition to the Meta Generator tag in all webpages. This can affect website ranking in search engines. It also bloats the meta tag information with advertising and also requires more processing of the Joomla page which slows the website down.

In version Joomsef 2.1.0 there are several files that need changing to remove the adverts.
