By offering both hosting and support we differentiate ourselves. In the past website developers would design and publish a website and then all ties between developer and client would be severed. Kanga seek to change this. We foster bonds and reliance between the client and ourselves. We take care of all hosting and all support because this is our value add. If you want future work done on the website then we have all of the information and know the inner workings to be able to affect change smoothly and easily to your website. We are always here online and always willing to help just give us a call on the number at the top of the page or send us and email. Because we understand your website our friendly support staff wont baffle you with technical babble.

Support

Monthly support includes:

• 4 x 15 minute support/training calls
• OR 1 hour of site maintenance/updates per month
• OR 1 hour of email support/training
• 24 x 7 access to your content management tool (website administration)

Hosting

Hosting package includes:

• All web & email hosting
• Up to 2GB bandwidth
• 1GB disk space
• 99.9% up time guarantee

Price

The price is $68/month + GST for support & hosting, which is payable in advance monthly by bank debit or payable by invoice for 12 months.

No Contracts

At Kanga we like to make life as simple as possible, so we don't have any contracts.  Our clients can jump ship at any time.  We think our clients will be so satisfied with our service, that they'll stick around.
